Terms of Service

Long Game Career Coaching, LLC · Portland, Oregon · Effective October 22, 2026

These terms apply when you use longgamecareercoaching.com or buy or use any Long Game service, including Training Camp, Career Conditioning memberships, session packs, workshops, events and games.

What coaching is, and is not

Coaching is a partnership focused on your career goals. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not an employment or placement service. Long Game does not guarantee any job offer, promotion, salary or other outcome. Your decisions and results are your own.

Your part

  • Show up on time, prepared, and give honest information.
  • Do the work between sessions. Results depend on it.
  • Seek a licensed professional for mental health, legal, tax or financial matters.

Bookings and payments

Prices are listed in US dollars on the Store page. Training Camp and session packs are paid up front. Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. Reschedules, cancellations and refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching stays between you and your coach, except where you give written permission, where there is a risk of serious harm, or where the law requires disclosure.

Events and outdoor programs

Hikes, backpacking trips, soccer and other physical events carry real risk. Participants sign a separate waiver before taking part and are responsible for their own fitness and gear.

Our content

Site text, playbooks, worksheets, card artwork, games and videos belong to Long Game Career Coaching, LLC. You may use materials we give you for your own career. Please do not resell, republish or share them commercially. Long Game™ and Everybody has a long game™ are trademarks of Long Game Career Coaching, LLC.

Games, cards and stars

The Long Game Trail, trading cards, levels and stars are for motivation and fun. They have no cash value and are never sold on their own.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Long Game's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved, and Long Game is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost wages or opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon.
