This policy explains what information Long Game Career Coaching, LLC ("Long Game," "we") collects through longgamecareercoaching.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email, optional phone, career stage and message.
  • Booking: name, email, time and any notes you give when you book through our scheduler (Setmore).
  • Purchases: name, email, billing details and order history. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Newsletter: your email address if you sign up for The Scouting Report.
  • Coaching: notes and materials you choose to share during sessions.
  • Site use: standard analytics such as pages visited, device type, approximate location and referring site, collected by our website platform (Squarespace).

How we use it

  • To respond to you, schedule sessions and deliver coaching.
  • To process payments, send receipts and manage memberships.
  • To send the newsletter if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share coaching conversations with anyone, including employers, without your written permission, except where the law requires it.

Who helps us

We use trusted service providers to run the business: Squarespace (website, store, email), Setmore (scheduling), Stripe and Squarespace Payments (payments), Google Workspace (email and files) and Airtable (client records). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Cookies

The site uses cookies needed to run the store and remember your cart, plus analytics cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Young people

Long Game content for young people is meant to be used with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Keeping and protecting data

We keep information only as long as needed for coaching, legal and accounting purposes, and we use access controls and two-step sign-in on business accounts.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing mike@longgamecareercoaching.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
