Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling and missed sessions

• Reschedule or cancel any session up to 24 hours before it starts at no cost, using your booking link or by email.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, count as used. Emergencies happen; reach out and we will be fair.
• If Long Game needs to reschedule, you get a new time of your choice or the session back.

Training Camp

• Full refund if you cancel before your first session.
• After the first session and before the second, refund of the price minus the value of sessions held.
• No refunds after the second session.
• Camp sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions expire after that.

Conditioning (Base, Build, Peak)

• Conditioning is bought one month at a time. Nothing renews automatically; buy your next month when you are ready.
• No refunds or credits for partial months or unused group sessions.
• Switch levels anytime by choosing a different level for your next month.

Season Tickets (session packs)

• Full refund if no sessions have been used.
• Season Ticket sessions are valid for 12 months from purchase and are not transferable without our written okay.

Events, trips and workshops

Each event lists its own refund window at registration. If Long Game cancels an event, you get a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email mike@longgamecareercoaching.com with your name and order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
