Santa Cruz Basecamp
Long Game's home on the California coast. Coaching for the whole game, with the same playbook as Portland HQ and a coach who grew up in the Bay Area.
Same playbook. Coastal home field.
Long Game is headquartered in Portland, Oregon and coaches people anywhere by video. The Santa Cruz Basecamp gives the Bay Area a local home: Silicon Valley, the East Bay, the Peninsula and the coast.
It's run by Mike Leighty himself. He grew up in the Bay Area, built his career at Cisco, Adobe and Nike, and coaches people through layoffs, pivots and next roles.
